Mock Salmon Pate

2 Cups Walnuts 1 large scallion (green onion) 1 red bell pepper 1 t sea salt 2 stalks celery Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Carob Turtles

1/2 C raw local organic honey 1/4-1/2 C carob powder 2 C raw walnuts Optional: add 1 T tahini (to cut sweetness)   Add carob powder to honey (& tahini) and stir until thoroughly mix. It should look like melted chocolate but smell even more amazing! Add walnuts and mix coating all areas. Use a spoon or ice cream scooper to help form a ball shape. Banana Ice Cream

Freeze 4 ripe bananas (peel, put in freezer bag & freeze overnight) Pour enough water/milk/nut/rice or soy milk (choose whatever liquid you prefer) to cover the blade of blender then add frozen banana & blend. You may need to break the frozen bananas into pieces in order to get it to blend smoothly. For a thicker ice cream start with less liquid. 1 C thick rolled oats 1/4 walnuts (optional) 1/2 C tahini (preferably raw) 1/3-1/4 C honey (start w/ less & add to desired sweetness.) 1 t vanilla powder or (alcohol free) vanilla extract 1 1/2 t cinnamon 1/4 t sea salt Optional 3 T shredded coconut flakes 3 T sesame seeds Add oats to food processor & process until the oats turn into flour.
