We are SO excited to announce our THIRD Just Juice Detox Retreat this August (15th- 18th). After hosting 2 SUCCESSFUL detox retreats earlier this year we are even more inspired to take things to next level and have added an extra day so we can dive deeper into our hearts and explore the land around us. This 3 day detox retreat will be held at Mountain Horse Farm (MHF), a gorgeous B&B and horse farm in the heart of Naples NY. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the location, energy of the property & the amazing team we have built together.
We can’t wait to see you there!

Founder/Owner Just Juice 4 Life | Damaris Pinedo
Damaris Pinedo a New York native, born in Manhattan, and raised in the Catskills during her teenage years developed a deep connection and love for nature and the outdoors.
After college Pinedo moved to Rochester in 2003 to pursue her first professional career as a Cytotechnologist where she screened for cancer and other infectious diseases at the University of Rochester Medical Center. In 2010 Pinedo received her Masters degree in Medical Management from the Simon School of Business. During that same year Pinedo’s cousin was diagnosed with Stage 3 Ovarian cancer and Pinedo took on the role as primary caregiver. Pinedo, like many caretakers was extremely overwhelmed and depressed so she decided to research how to cleanse the body both mentally and spiritually.
After lots of research she came across juice cleansing and decided to try her first juice fast. 10 days later Pinedo felt like a new person. Not only did she feel lighter and more mentally clear, her skin was glowing and her long standing digestive issues were none existent during the cleanse. This is when Pinedo knew she had to share it with the world.
In 2010 Pinedo completed a Raw Food teacher certification course through Alissa Cohen (Raw Food Guru) and began teaching raw food and juicing workshops. Pinedo started a raw vegan meet up group and eventually started hosting raw food brunches to spread the word and connect with others in the community. In 2011 Pinedo received her certification as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition with the intention to teach and guide others with holistic nutrition. After completing the program Pinedo decided to narrow her niche and focus on what she felt was most life changing … Just Juice!
In 2012 Pinedo bought a 1971 Aristocrat camper and converted it to a juicing trailer so she could prepare and sell fresh juice and smoothies at the local farmers market. After Pinedo’s first year at the market she developed a following and by May of 2013 Pinedo opened up her first brick and mortar Juice bar. She quit her stable job at the hospital after 9 years to follow her dream and help others in their journey to better health.
Fast forward 5 years and 2 locations later Pinedo is finally in a space where she can grow and continue to provide nourishing options and support to the Rochester community. Juice and wellness retreats have always been part of Damaris’ greater plan so she is beyond excited to watch it come to fruition.
